Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the Kirovona platform available at Kirovona.com. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Definitions
"Platform" refers to the Kirovona website, web application, and all associated services accessible at Kirovona.com.
"Company" refers to Kirovona, the operator of the Platform.
"User" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
"Content" refers to all text, audio, video, graphics, webinar recordings, live sessions, course materials, and any other material made available through the Platform.
"Account" refers to the registered profile created by a User to access personalised features of the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating an Account
Certain features of the Platform require you to register for an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
3.2 Account Security
You agree to notify the Company immediately at kirovona@hotmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security. The Company will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account that occurs without the Company's fault.
3.3 Account Termination by User
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the Company at support@Kirovona.com. Closing your Account does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- Reproduce, redistribute, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any Content without prior written authorisation from the Company;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any system connected to the Platform;
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material;
- Introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Platform without authorisation;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Company Ownership
All Content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Platform are the property of the Company or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such intellectual property beyond the limited licence expressly set out herein.
5.2 Limited Licence to Users
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, post, or share any content on the Platform - including comments, questions, or feedback during webinars - you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.
6. Webinar and Live Session Rules
When participating in live webinars or interactive sessions, you agree to:
- Conduct yourself respectfully towards other participants and session hosts;
- Refrain from recording, capturing, or distributing any live session without explicit written consent from the Company;
- Refrain from sharing session access links with unauthorised third parties;
- Not engage in disruptive behaviour that interferes with the experience of other participants.
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from a live session or restrict future access if these rules are violated.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1 Fees
Access to certain features or content on the Platform may require payment of fees. All applicable fees will be displayed to you prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount.
7.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the Company's refund policy in effect at the time of purchase. Please contact kirovona@hotmail.com with any refund requests. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the applicable criteria.
7.3 Pricing Changes
The Company reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Any changes in pricing will not affect purchases already completed prior to the change taking effect.

Educational outcomes depend on individual effort and engagement. The Company does not guarantee specific results from participation in any webinar, course, or learning programme.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
- Any Content obtained from the Platform;
- Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
In no event shall the Company's total liability to you for all claims relating to the Platform exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
